Logic of Leadership

 

The Logic of Leadership is a modular program (six modules) that is used as an adjunct to other leadership development programs or as a stand alone leadership development tool. The program assumes that most individuals understand and recognize good leadership when they see it, but struggle internally to overcome the instincts which are obstacles to thoughtful, powerful leadership.

The Logic of Leadership helps leaders remove blocks to outstanding performance by working at the level of the natural, impulsive reactions to situations. Simultaneously, the program builds an intellectual understanding of the issues behind the reactions. The program re-frames the belief systems operating subtly to control behaviors. The Logic of Leadership is a comprehensive two day leadership program designed for individuals of any position or status within an organization who would like to increase their effectiveness in the following areas:
