Intuitive Leader

Overview: This workshop was developed at the request of our clients, many of whom had attended our leadership seminar The Logic of Leadership. The exposure to intuitive thinking in the leadership program created a desire on the part of participants to further expand their knowledge and expertise in intuitive thinking processes. They were looking for a more in-depth seminar to develop their decision-making, relationship, and problem -solving skills through the use of the intuitive.

Description: This workshop has three sessions, each session being one day plus one evening in length. The first session focuses on skill development and technique. The session takes up to ten participants through a process of visualization training, relaxation techniques, and experiential exercises to begin opening intuitive thought processes. The participant learns to identify the differences between intuitive thinking and linear processing.

Questioning techniques for freeing up the intuitive processes are a first step. Problem-solving, decision-making, relationship skills and understandings are all over viewed in the first session. Participants form partnerships with others in the session and learn to coach each other in observing and interpreting patterns in current circumstances in their professional lives. Follow-on sessions are scheduled with participants on a monthly basis to cover the topics of enhancing performance and focusing career paths based on Global and Industry Trend Analysis utilizing the intuitive.
