About The Author
Toni Lynn Chinoy is the founder and president of Harlan-Evans, Inc., a twenty- two-year-old consulting and training firm. Toni has spent years developing intuitive approaches to problem solving, decision making and leadership development. She has developed a following among high level leaders looking for alternative thought processes for resolving complex issues. Toni is the author of several texts on Leadership as well as the developer of a popular Leadership and Team Building program focusing on developing leadership and team approaches through the use of intuitive and analytical processes combined. This program has been utilized by major corporations, political leadership, and individuals in a wide variety of functions. Corporate clients include Amoco, Ameritech, Boeing, General Motors, Northwest Airlines, Peabody Coal, Pepperidge Farm, Godiva Chocolatier, and Kellogg among others. Toni coaches high level leaders one-on-one on the development of their personal styles, decision processes, and in managing complex relationships. She often works with leaders adjusting to new corporations formed by mergers, acquisitions or senior leadership changes. Her educational background includes a B. S. from Michigan State University in Mathematics as well as a Masters degree in Business Administration from Boston University's Heidelberg campus.
