Heidi Heithaus has been with Harlan Evans for over one year. Her role has been a combination of office administrator and business development.

Beginning in 2008, Heidi will also be taking groups through our Logic of Leadership training program. Heidi has spent a full year preparing for this assignment and has learned the program inside and out. Having worked through many personal objectives using the exercises in this program, she strongly believes that everyone should have the opportunity to experience the sequence of developmental steps contained in the Logic of Leadership.

Heidi has a wealth of experience in instructing adults and youth in reaching high performance in complicated situations. Her ability to quickly assess the capability of the individual and to adjust her teaching technique to her audience makes her extremely effective in managing egos. Applying her skills to this program will benefit every participant fortunate enough to experience her teaching.
